PLEASE NOTE: GO THRU THE MAIN GATE AT REGENCY CLUB DRIVE, NOT OFF WAVERLY FARM DRIVE. THE GATE THERE IS NOT MANNED, MUST HAVE A TRANSPONDER TO ENTER. YOU CAN EXIT THERE BUT NO ENTRY. Once thru main gate, left on Championship. Left on Legacy. Left on Bent Grass. Left on Alderbrook. House has realtor sign in front yard. PLEASE NOTE: Our Sign up sheet will be available 7:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only.
