GARAGE SALE EVENT IS JUNE 13. Get Excited the 35 Mile Yard Sale and Small Business Shop Hop - June 13. 2026. The updated flyer has been attached. We will have handouts with the addresses inside both of our shops. We will post a sampling of the vendors that will be in our parking lot closer to the sale. Our parking lot will open at 7am. Vendors will be setting up at 6am. There are some great vendors participating in this HUGE event this year. Address for our parking lot: Pickers Paradise 8273 Main Street, Ivor, Va 23866 Some helpful hints: - Highway 460 is a very busy road. Please drive carefully. Be mindful of other drivers on the road. We all know what it is like to see a yard sale and want to pull over. Be safe. Drive to a safe location to turn around. - Bring cash. These are just everyday people selling their goods. - As usual we will have free water, drinks and ice pops for people that come in at Pickers Paradise in Ivor. We want everyone to have a good time.
