This a mix of things. decent furniture, some older but functioning appliances, pedestal sink, 2D art, chairs, sofa, small propane stove, toaster oven; kids toys for the beach. some handyman stuff to take away also. You might consider bringing basic tools, in case there is something that I forgot to remove that can be taken away! I will upload pictures later as I do not have them just yet. Everything is in good condition. You will need to haul the big stuff yourself if you want it - SAME DAY. Be prepared if you want any bigger stuff! For example there is a dresser on the 2nd floor.
