Girls' clothing from pants, shorts, dresses, rompers shorts and sweaters in various brands like Carter's, Art Class, Cat. & Jack, Old Navy, Shein, a few pieces Abercrombie & Fitch and even MORE brands! All gils' clothing are MOSTLY size 9-12 & Large and XL (some size 7/8/ Medium, shoes size 2 & 3 big kid - Girls' CROCS (pink glitter& size 3 big kid) ONLY WORN ONCE BASICALLY BRAND NEW!. The women's clothes are in various styles, brands & sizes mostly M-XL (clothing for sale will be hanging on clothes rack until full with signage to help provide the sizes available and the overflow of clothing will be categorized in front of the hanging rack in containers folded according to the sizes, there will also be older women's clothing available in various sizes as well! A small/dark wooden bench used for decoration purposes inside use only and in EXCELLENT condition! Kid Toys all IN ABSOLUTE PERFECT CONDITION! An ATV Amazon purchased with a pink and black exterior- only used 3-4 times before my daughter out grew it and it has an adult remote for parental controls - garage kept & well maintained - so the ATV has been WELL taken care of ONLY issue is that it turns better right than to the left- radio works and comes with seatbelts - GREAT FOR CUL DE SAC playtime especially!
