Sadly, mom passed a couple of weeks ago, and dang did she have a lot of stuff in half a duplex. She was a shopaholic, packrat, and amateur hoarder, and loved by so many people. In her 82 years she touched so many lives in a positive manner it makes my heart swell with pride. Okay, enough of that, let’s get on to the goodies. We’re clearing out her house. It’s a rental so no time to waste. We have a ratan living and dining room set, a queen size bedroom set (barely used because she loved her recliner and slept in it too) mattress, comforters, quilts, pillows, and sheets), beautiful dresser, desk, clothes (xl-3x we all understand weight fluctuations), lots of beauty products, new and used shoes (9.5), coffee table, tv stand, kitchen stuff, 1 yr old washer and dryer set, artwork (she loved bunnies and butterflies), figurines, crystals, antiques, collectibles, exercise equipment, tons of books, many new things still in the box, etc. You get it the whole house must go. Well not the house. Remember it’s a rental. Now to the storage finds. We have lots of Christmas decorations, furniture (coffee table, desk, dresser, chairs), clothes of all sizes, fishing poles, Toro lawn mower, weed eaters with attachments, vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooers, collectibles, saddle stand, queen wrought iron headboard and footboard, books, DVDs, DVD players (home and portable),printers, monitors, TVs, record player, Nikon D700 camera and accessories (This was mine), HP desktop computer and monitor, and more. We have a lot of stuff ready to sell. We want to make this a sale to remember. Everything must go. Most things priced ~20% less than eBay if we could find it there. We’ll consider any reasonable offer, and the more you buy the better deal you get. We really don’t want to move this stuff again so make an offer we can’t refuse. We’re still setting up, but if you want to come by before the 11th then come on by.
