We’re excited to be back on James Island for another fantastic estate sale event, and this home is absolutely packed with something for everyone! Whether you’re a collector, DIY enthusiast, gardener, decorator, or simply love discovering unique treasures, this sale is well worth the visit. Throughout the home you’ll find an impressive variety of furniture, tools, books, vintage jewelry, ship model making tools and supplies, patio furniture, home décor, clothing, kitchen items, and an especially beautiful assortment of planters and gardening equipment. From practical everyday pieces to charming vintage finds, there are hundreds of items waiting to be explored. This is a true traditional estate sale experience, with multiple rooms full of carefully organized contents and new discoveries around every corner. Shoppers can expect a wide mix of styles and categories, making this an excellent opportunity for resellers, collectors, hobbyists, and anyone looking to furnish or decorate a home with character and quality pieces. The extensive collection of gardening supplies and outdoor décor will be especially appealing for those preparing for the spring and summer seasons. Because of timing constraints, we are unfortunately unable to offer pre-sales or early purchasing opportunities for this event. All items will be available beginning when doors open on the first day of the sale. No appointments are necessary — simply come by during sale hours and enjoy browsing at your own pace. The estate sale will take place Friday, May 15th through Sunday, May 17th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. We encourage everyone to take a close look through the hundreds of posted photos for a deeper preview of everything this home has to offer before attending. There is truly a wide variety of merchandise available, and the photos only begin to showcase the full scope of the sale. As always, we kindly ask all attendees to be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood when visiting. Please park carefully along the curbs and avoid blocking driveways or restricting traffic flow so that neighbors and other shoppers can move safely through the area.
