When: Saturday, June 13th | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Where: Modena Avenue, Providence RI 02908 (Roughly the corner of Modena and Ravenswood) Join us for a massive multi-family neighborhood sale! We are clearing out our homes and pricing everything to move. Whether you’re looking for high-end fashion, home upgrades, or fun for the kids, we’ve got it all. Featured Items: Adult Clothing: A great selection of adult clothing featuring Anthropologie brands, J.Crew, and Banana Republic. Home & Decor: Beautiful glassware, unique plant accessories, sewing stand, window dressings. Summer Essentials: Beach gear, garden hoses, patio accessories. For Kids & Families: Gently used clothing (baby/girl, kids, and adult), toys (including many brand-new/unopened items), outdoor games, and a large collection of books for all ages. Important Info: Payment: We accept Cash, Venmo, and CashApp. Note: New items are being added daily as we prep—come early for the best selection! Please, no early birds before 8:00 AM.
