ESTATE SALE in OVERLEA runs Thursday, February 12 from 10-3 with a sign up sheet going out at the house at 9 am to manage opening hour traffic. We will only be allowing 25 people in and will then pause to determine how safe it is to allow others, etc. We will get everyone in/through as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of everyone;s safety. Saturday, February 14 from 8-1 What’s there? Nintendo system/games, Gameboy system games, Atari. comic books, Playboy, art, vintage/retro clothing, bistro table and chairs, Asian inspired decor/ginger jars, vinyl records from 60s/70s/80s, side chairs, pin ups, Peacock chair, anime /manga figures, Marvel figures, Christmas, musical instruments,books, bookshelves, tools, jewelry/jewelry boxes, purses,motorcycle, ephemera, collectible glass, antique display cabinet,and more. More photos and details coming soon. Please remember you are entering the property at your own risk. Please bring a flashlight or wear a headlamp to go to the basement, There are people still residing in the home. Please do not go into areas that are marked that they are not to be entered/opened. The attic has narrow steps and no railings. We are only allowing 8 people at a time in that area. Cash, please. Checks considered. We do not give pricing in advance of a sale.
