This sale is located at 904 magnolia Street in Cornelius the 30th and 31st of January and Feb 1st, 2026. The sale hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the street. This sale has a little bit of everything. Iif you are into canning,, there is an abundance of canning jars, pressure cookers and canning accessories, home decor, kitchen wares, a great selection of kitchen appliances, stand up freezer and double door fridge, furniture,, too nice big screen TVs and a monitor, a nice queen bed with quality mattress, quality women's clothing... size large, great selection of shoes, jackets and nightwear. We also have a real talk desk and a office desk with desk chairs.. There is also a nice bedroom fireplace slash heater. And we have a great assortment of puzzles, games and privilege boards. There is a real nice three-tiered cat tree, a suspended large dog bed and a smaller dog bed also available. There is a gorgeous Ethan Allen dining room table with eight chairs, dressers, sofa, reclining chairs, bookshelves and crafts, yarn and the most handmade, custom Afghans in all different sizes, colors and styles. There are probably 150 Afghans available. For outdoor decor, there are two wishing wells, planting pots, and patio table. There is a Nice stainless steel barbecue and two quality fans and two air conditioners.. They're also is a wheelchair, three walkers and a shower seat. We also have a chimney for your outdoor relaxation. Great set of washer and dryer also. There is not much for tools,but there is a nice fiberglass 16 ft double extension ladder and shovels, skilsaw, hardware drawers, and rakes. Our philosophy at all of our sales is the " BIGGER" your pile...... the "smaller" the price.
