We're doing something different from this sale because the house is sold and has to be completely emptied. Everybody will pay for all of their items they have picked out and we will let everyone go outside at three o'clock and get in line. We've done this before and it works well when everybody cooperates. You cannot hide or pile things up everything you have picked out at three o'clock has to be paid for. Then, about five or ten minutes after three we will let everyone in in an orderly.Fashion and everything in the house that is left over will be seventy five percent off.
