NCFL #9399 Pickup Instructions Pickup Dates: Monday, April 13th 9:00 am-4:00 pm through Thursday, April 16th 9:00 am-4:00 pm Purchased items not picked up from our auction facility within 5 business days of the auction will be charged a storage fee of $5.00 perday. Customers who requested shipping or who have made arrangements with a shipper are exempt from this. Items left in storage 30 calendar days following the auction will be surrendered to Broken Arch Auction and sold. If no shipping arrangements have been made, your lots are subject to storage fees. Location: 60 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC 28787 Shipping Information Please be sure to check shipping if you require your lot(s) to be shipped. Once your invoice is paid, we will arrange for our shipper, Postage Express, to pick-up lots. Postage Express will contact you directly and facilitate the entire shipping process. Buyer's Premium & Payment Terms: 15% in-house buyer's premium, 20% online buyer's premiumThere is a 3% credit card fee Payment Due to charge-back risks, credit cards cannot be taken over the phone. Buyers with invoices over $500, and without an established buyer history, must pay through the Hibid invoicing system or by Zelle. If you are paying through the HiBid system, you may request us to run your cc information before the auto-pay later in the week, as we run payments in-house and payments are not available to be made through the customer portal. (The benefit of doing this is your ability to get your lots to the shipper faster). Buyers with an established history can pay with cash, check, credit/debit card, or wire transfer. Cards will be run automatically on Tuesday, April 16th, unless it is explicitly communicated to us via PHONE or EMAIL that you will pay via Zelle, Check, or in-person.
