This sale is definitely worth a visit! Conveniently located across from the old Monmouth Mall, it’s easy to get to. **Delivery Service:**We offer third-party delivery services, with most deliveries taking place on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. Please be present during your scheduled delivery time. If you’re unavailable, we cannot reschedule, and no refunds will be issued as we have already compensated our clients. **Early Birds:**If you plan to start a sign-up list, please maintain it responsibly. If you leave the property and someone else replaces or discards the list, our staff will not intervene. It’s best to have one person manage the list while others sign it, ensuring everyone is back in time when your number is called. If you are not present when your number is called, we cannot place you at the front of the line, as it wouldn’t be fair to those who have been waiting. **Important Reminders:**- Please bring extra help for larger items, as we are unable to carry anything over 10 pounds.- We will gladly assist you as long as we are not busy with other customers.- We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay during the estate sale.
