| Gigantic Gorham colonial estate packed wall to wall with treasures clothing antiques collectibles to | |
*****PLEASE NOTE DATES CHANGED TO APRIL 10th and 11th******** This is an old colonial home that our client took full advantage of every square inch of space to store her treasures. The sale boasts a massive amount of clothing and shoes new with tags on them, housewares, kitchen items, cookware and dishes, country style decor, tools, furniture, antiques and collectibles, gardening and yard items, linens crafty items and much, much more! If you have questions, or are not sure how an estate sale works, please read below (its only a 4 minute read). If that doesn't have the answer, email or call us anytime. FAQ's for this sale How much will the new clothes and shoes be?We will price tagged new clothes and shoes with a percentage off formula to make it easy and so we don't have to tag a million things How much is item X?We cannot give out prices before the sale. Come to the sale. Can you send me more photos or give me measurements of a specific item?Unfortunately,NO. We are very busy and cannot drive back up to the house just to measure an item or provide more photos. We get 50-150 questions like this for EACH sale and would be out of business if we went back and got these little details every time. We also can't measure hundreds of items and list thousands of photos per sale as its not efficient and we would need to charge retail prices to make that make sense financially. This is not meant to be rude, its reality. The purpose of the photos is to give people an idea of what is at the sale. Estate sales are quick, 1 or 2 day sales where we offer items at wholesale pricing in order to sell quickly, and with as little prep workas possible. If you "won't make the trip unless you know for sure how much something is and if it fits in your space" you should consider shopping at retail stores and paying retail prices. Again, not meant to be rude, but that is how these sales work. We price all items aggressively and are not like other companies that need to leave good items for the cleanout guys or are unrealistic about actual values and try to get crazy money for things. It is rare that someone attends our sales and leaves without something they wanted because of the price. Can I buy items before the sale? "Im a serious buyer and will spend"- NO. You need to come to the sale. This makes it fair for everyone. Are all the storage racks and shelves available for sale? YES. Everything that isnt nailed to a 8:00 am - 2:00 pm 4/10 - 4/11 |

| Grand Slam in Chestnut Hill! The Estate of Larry Lucchino! Is LIVE ONLINE at HuntEstateSalesDOTcom! | |
The "Grand Slam" in Chestnut Hill! Step up to the plate—hey batter, batter! ⚾ Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime estate sale honoring the legacy of Larry Lucchino (1945–2024). A transformative executive who brought four World Series titles to Boston, Lucchino’s resume is unmatched: he is the only person in sports history to hold World Series rings, a Super Bowl ring, and a Final Four watch. The Man Who Saved Fenway Upon arriving in 2002, Lucchino and the Boston Red Sox ownership group made the historic decision to preserve rather than demolish the iconic 1912 structure. Lucchino oversaw a 10-year, $285 million renovation that added the famous Green Monster Seats, modernized the venue, and anchored the team’s success. He proudly celebrated the park's 100th anniversary in 2012, marking a century of baseball at the "Olde Towne Team's" home. Beyond the front office, Lucchino was a passionate philanthropist, a "driven" leader, and a dedicated chairman of the Jimmy Fund. Now, we invite you to own a piece of this championship history, with proceeds benefiting the Lucchino Family Charitable Foundation. Welcome to the Hunt! The Heavy Hitter: The Marquis Grissom Petco Park Opener Bat ⚾ This isn't just memorabilia; it’s a piece of the architecture of the game. Dated April 8, 2004, this bat comes directly from Larry Lucchino, the driving force behind the design and financing of Petco Park. The Moment: In the 10th inning of the very first regular-season game at Petco, Giants outfielder Marquis Grissom stepped up against Antonio Osuna and blasted a lead-off home run—the first ever in the stadium’s history. The History: While the Padres eventually secured a dramatic walk-off win, this bat commemorates the spark that started it all. Grissom gifted this piece to Lucchino, signing it in gold sharpie.
