The Moment: In the 10th inning of the very first regular-season game at Petco, Giants outfielder Marquis Grissom stepped up against Antonio Osuna and blasted a lead-off home run—the first ever in the stadium’s history. The History: While the Padres eventually secured a dramatic walk-off win, this bat commemorates the spark that started it all. Grissom gifted this piece to Lucchino, signing it in gold sharpie.
