DO NOT SHOW BEFORE 1045 as there will be no access or attendant to get you situated with parking. FRIDAY, April 10, from 9-12 SATURDAY, April 11, from 9-2 Exact address goes out closer to sale dates as is always the case. PARKING…This is yard/field parking which means it is weather permitting regarding the ability to park. Only if the ground is not conducive to parking will we resort to a by-appointment sale. But, right now it’s looking good! Please follow signs and parking attendants. Do not make a left into this location off of Belair Rd! It is a solid yellow line! Also, Google maps shows it as Perry Hall, but it will also show as Kingsville! You and your vehicle are entering at hour own risk. Please use caution in abd around home. It is looking like we will have dry weather next week in Kingsville/Perry Hall! Yippee!So, we are adding a Bel Air/Forest Hill area sale since that is a yard parking situation, too. ( These photos are from the Bel Air/Forest Hill property) Friday, April 10, from 2-6Saturday, April 11, from 8-1There is a possibility that I will add Sunday, but I’m thinking we will not need to do so. That property can park about 20 cars, but the driveway is not set up to have two-way traffic. So, I will be running this as a by-appointment sale with a Sign-Up Genius link to make an appointment going out after the weekend. You will get more details about how that works before the link is shared. I’ll also be posting on estate sales org. There is a major side street that is just under 700 feet from the home. But, there is a busy road ( Grafton Shop) that you’d need to walk on/cross. Client says they park there all the time for parties and gatherings, but I’d prefer that you do not go that route. If you choose to do that, you do not need an appointment, but I can not emphasize the “at your own risk for your choices” part of the post! Addresses do not typically get posted on the page for by-appointment sales. But, that may change since there are so many slots per every hour and I want to make sure they are filled. This is a sale that is near and dear to me because it belongs to a long-time customer who passed away. It is full of fabulous and fun finds, furniture, display cabinets, outdoor items, books, kitchenwares, decor, outdoor items, tools, frog/turtle decor, and more.
