SPECIAL PARKING NOTICE!! This home has limited parking. We will have a sign-up sheet available starting at 11 AM for you to sign up for your spot. The timeslot will be based on the car and the people that are in the car. We will not have you add your name to the sheet. We will put one name and your cell phone . The first time slot open will be for 10 cars at 1 PM. Once that fills the second time slot will be 1:20 PM after that it will be 1:30 PM then 1:45 PM then 2 PM. We hope to get everyone in well before 2 PM. As people leave, we can text you to come up. This seems a little complicated, but hopefully it will not be as complicated as it sounds. You may be parking on the grounds and not the paved area. If this is a problem, please let us know.Do not arrive at the home prior to 11 you will be asked to leave. It may not be Christmas time, but Christmas comes once a year whether you like it or not. It’s never too early to be prepared to decorate for the holidays. Stop by and grab your items for the Christmas 2026 season at a super discounted price.  There is also furniture, lawn decor, garage items, sports memorabilia, and other accent pieces. Men’s and women’s clothing size medium large as well as shoes, purses, and jewelry. Beautiful table linens too! Parking is limited at the home. We will have instructions on the sign-up sheet and parking, closer to the sale date. Please keep in mind we do not provide pricing online.
