PARKING…DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBORS’ YARDS! There is parking on the property and when that is full there is a neighborhood a stones throw away, as well as on street parking. Cash, please. Local checks with ID considered. Please have your own help to load and carry. You are entering the property at your own risk. Ground is uneven. Use caution on stairs. All sales are final.
