If you have questions, or are not sure how an estate sale works, please read below (its only a 4 minute read). If that doesn't have the answer, email or call us anytime. This sale is in a colonial home with barn that holds an eclectic grouping of all types of amazing estate items. This sale checks ALL the boxes so get it in your calendar now! This is a cancel your plans and get there sale! Mom was a weaver, and I don't mean some beginner with a little loom and some material. There are some real expert level pieces for sale here along with all the other crafty items you expect to see. Dad was a woodworker, and like his bride, a real master of his craft. There is every piece of equipment you would expect and then some more, then some more! In addition to all that we have the antiques, collectibles, furniture, glassware, art, tools, barn finds, lawn equipment and much much more. Look at the photos and decide for yourself, but I personally would not want to miss this sale!FAQ's for this sale Can you help us carry items out? Yes, we can help you bring furniture and other bigger items out of the house. If you are looking to go home with the large table saw, or other super heavy shop machines, bring an extra hand or two. How much is item X? We cannot give out prices before the sale. Come to the sale. We can quote prices on large items after 12pm Friday but I would get there in person if you have serious interest in something. Can you send me more photos or give me measurements of a specific item? Unfortunately, NO. We are very busy and cannot drive back up to the house just to measure an item or provide more photos. We get 50-150 questions like this for EACH sale and would be out of business if we went back and got these little details every time. We also can't measure hundreds of items and list thousands of photos per sale as its not efficient and we would need to charge retail prices to make that make sense financially. This is not meant to be rude, its reality. The purpose of the photos is to give people an idea of what is at the sale. Estate sales are quick, 1 or 2 day sales where we offer items at wholesale pricing in order to sell quickly, and with as little prep work as possible. We price all items aggressively and are not like other companies that need to leave good items for the cleanout guys or are unrealistic about actual values, and try to get crazy money for things.
