Various antique furniture pieces, including some one-of-a-kind hand crafted reclamation pieces, a 7pc Amish made Cherry dinning room table and chairs. The basement is also full items for including a upright deep Freeze, vintage hardware, and sleeper sofa. -Basement must be enter through the back Patio outside entrance. Mostly white oak, some Poplar, Walnut, Cheery, and Cedar. Some have been cut into trim. The pool in the back is for sale, if it doesn't sell, it may stay with the property or I'll just scrap it cause its 600lbs of steal wall. The pump worked last time it was used, about 3 years ago, and was used for 1 full season. The pool needs a new liner, but all other parts accounted for. * The house and property will be listed on the market for sale soon following the conclusion of this sale.
