House #1 was the family home to the two sisters. When their parents passed away, they each remained in both houses with their spouses. The grandparents lived in house #2. The homes are nestled on a country road, across the street from each other. House #1 is for sale and it sits on a nice piece of property with a lake in the back with a huge yard. The layout of this home is so unique. Their father built it in the 70's with a mid-century vibe. There is a working Koi pond in the main entrance, a sunken living room with a beautiful scalloped metal railing. There is also a large shed in the back yard with tools. We ask that you not park in the yard for this house, please park on the side of the road. The cashier location will be in the garage to make entry easier to and from the shed.
