This amazing sale is located JUST inside a gated community that strictly limits automobile traffic. Please use on-street parking. Pedestrian access to the neighborhood will begin at 7:30 am. From there, lining up at the front door will be first-come, first-served. There is absolutely no parking inside the gate, but plenty right outside. V.E.C. will have on-site staff to monitor pick-up, drop-off, and gate operations. Pedestrian traffic is not limited by the HOA - just cars. To reach our sale, take the first right onto Fawn Grove Ct. The home is seven houses from the entrance. 8:00 am - 3:00 pm 4/9 - 4/11 |
