In an effort to be fair to all of our customers, we do not offer pre-sales. There is an on-site caretaker/security living on this property. Please respect property boundaries. OPENING & PARKING: Gates will open at 7:00 am. Entry to this property before that time is strictly prohibited. This sale consists of a small home (limited to 20 people at a time) and a large garage (no limit on people). After the gates open at 7:00 am, line up in either the garage or home line. They will be clearly marked. Placeholders will not be honored. This is strictly first-come, first-served. Please park on the road. The area directly in front of the home is reserved for loading.
