This estate includes a great mix of garden and household items, including terra cotta and ceramic planters, patio furniture, garden décor, cat-themed collectibles, clothing lots, closet contents, plush animals, tools, lawn chairs, golf clubs, vintage boots, and more. Keep an eye on the vintage fold-up chairs and vintage bicycles, including a Motobecane Grand Touring French road bike and a Schwinn Sierra 10-speed bicycle. There are also vintage aluminum folding lawn chairs with wood arms and vintage wood & canvas safari/director-style chairs. This home has one of the biggest collections of cat décor we have ever seen, but please note: the owner has not had a cat in the home for decades. The house is clean, non-smoking, and does not have cat hair, cat odor, or pet smell. Items are generally clean and well cared for.
