PLEASE READ:I would like to point out that most everything in the home had a price tag and a small description of the item which was helpful. Her pricing for that particular time was probably right on, but life has changed drastically in the last 10-15 years and prices have for the most part dropped off. Many of the tags have fallen off but what was helpful and will be for those that come to the sale and purchase these items, will be able to see this reduction and feel like you're getting a real bargain! Now about the home and why everyone that loves antiques and collectibles should come to this sale. Her home is very tiny, maybe 1200 sq ft. but seriously there is easily 4K square feet of merchandise we crammed inside, not easy but we made it happen. We were shocked by the hundreds of items stored in her garage, we struggled to find a place for everything in the home so the garage is also really full, this homes contents will notdisappoint. Audry had extraordinary taste, just look for yourself, I'm not showingeverything that's here there after all who doesn't likean element of surprise that's why we love estate sales, right!
