Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item, only Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. We reserve the right to allow No Bags or Boxes to be permitted in the sale. If you try and return an item that was marked sold, then you will not be allowed to make any more purchases that sale day. Grasons reserves the right sell any item to the highest bidder on high demand items. Desired items may end up in auction format at beginning of sale and any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. Ya like getting a GREAT DEAL? This is THE yard sale! You will not find another yard sale quite like this, EVER! We have bins and bins of clothes, mostly BRAND NEW! More than half still have tags attached. But even the ones without tags were mostly never worn. All items were hand-picked piece by piece for my own kids. I just bought too much and they mostly only got to wear 1/3 of the clothes before outgrowing them. These are high quality matching outfits, tops, pants (leggings/jeans/sweats), shorts, skirts, dresses, sweaters, sleepwear, coats/jackets from name brands like Gymboree, Gap, Hanna Andersson, Lands End and Old Navy. Sizes mostly ranged from 5 years to 10/12 years for girls and 8 years to 18 years for boys (with more husky size for 16+ years as my boy became quite big). There are other sizes available just not as much. As for women’s, almost all are from Gap and Nordstrom in size S (with some XS/M). Most of the pants/jeans are 25/26/0 regular. I was very skinny once but now I wonder how I was able to fit into these tiny clothes! These are also mostly BRAND NEW!
