10th Anniversary Estate Sale - Downtown Sebastopol — Celebrating 10 Years of Green & Cate We’re celebrating 10 years of Green & Cate Estate Liquidation with a special estate warehouse sale in downtown Sebastopol. We moved into this warehouse in January of 2016 and held our very first sale here — in one small corner of the space where the jewelry cases now sit. A lot has changed since then, and this sale is a way to mark the journey. Most items in the warehouse are 50% off (a dollar and up).Most case items are 25% off, with a few exceptions. The warehouse is full, with a wide mix of estate goods gathered over time — shelves packed, tables full, and plenty to look through.
