Today, Friday 12/12, will be the beginning of our weekend long Estate sale which will be the first of many sales for this estate. The house and items belong to a family friend who recently had to move in with his son due to his progressing Dementia and has a house full of amazing treasures that now need need homes. This man (who is currently in his 90’s) lived a very interesting life that led him to travel all over the globe resulting in an impressive versatile collection of all sorts of beautiful and authentic items. Aside from his travels, he had many interests and hobbies (shopping in general was one of his main hobbies) and many it’s still have the tags on them, are in their original packaging and have clearly never been used. All that being said, we have been working on going through this estate for well over a month and still have more to go through however, we are needed to make some room in order to continue unboxing everything (yes, there are that many items) so we decided to hold round 1 of the estate sales this weekend, starting today! We reserve the right to sell items in lots. Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home 1 hour before start time on the 1st day of the sale. (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) No other list will be honored. Unattended pre-list boxes will be moved to the end of the line. You must be physically there to attend your box. If you are in your car you must make everyone know that you are still there attending your box. If you leave the premise, then your box will not be recognized for the previous spot and will be allocated to the last available spot. Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item, only Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. We reserve the right to allow No Bags or Boxes to be permitted in the sale. If you try and return an item that was marked sold, then you will not be allowed to make any more purchases that sale day. Grasons reserves the right sell any item to the highest bidder on high demand items. Desired items may end up in auction format at beginning of sale and any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder.
