Major cross streets- Silverbell and Sweetwater PARKING INFORMATION: you will NOT be able to park on the property as there is not enough space. When your GPS tells you that you are 1/4 mile from the property, begin looking for a spot to park OFF the roadway as much as possible. Please make sure you pull in your mirrors so others can pass on the roadway. Do not park in neighbors' driveways as they may have you towed. Remember you can drive PAST the home and up the hill to attempt to find parking there as well. Address goes out at 6AM on Thursday. You may walk onto the property to put down your marker by the front door or to stand in line if you choose. This will be the sale you remember all year- you do not want to miss it! *IMPORTANT- To access this home, you must be able to climb a few cement steps (with no hand rails). However, we do not have an issue with people using them. This is between the customers waiting in line. We hand out numbers half hour before the sale starts. You must be by your marker at that time if you are not, we will move past you to the people that are standing in line.
