This weeks sale takes us back to Sun Lakes in the Palo Verde area. (the nongated front portion) The residence is full of vintage and antique items, hundreds of pieces ready for china painting, sewing items, crafting and well cared for furniture and knick knacks. The front room contains a Victoria Regina Postal desk. You do not come across these very often. This room also contain older books, oil lamps, old cameras and other vintage decor. There are not one, but two, antique sewing machines, one with treadle table. There is a Rose Tarlow Branch side table just inside the front door and right next to it, sits a Columbia crank phonograph cabinet in working condition. We have a whole kitchen full of vintage decor as well. Crocks, Mason Jars...even an old school milkshake maker! The Hoosier cabinet is in fine shape for its age, with enamel top and all the accessories. The home is jam packed with crafting items, china paint, kilns, sanders, storage boxes and crafting books. Frames both old and new, and in every size, are abundant. There are three outdoor tables with glass tops. (The yard decor will not be available for sale however) There is one full table of costume jewelry and one small case of sterling, to include spoons. We have quite a few senior items, to include transport chairs, potty rails, walkers and canes.
