The sale takes place on Friday, April 3rd (11am to 6pm) and Saturday, April 4th (11am to 6pm). For those who have concerns, this sale has EASY ACCESS! This sale is located on a quiet residential street in the beautiful neighborhood of Tribeca. When you receive the address and arrive for your timeslot, you'll ring the digital doorbell on the tablet to the left of the main doors. Scroll to select the apartment number, ring it, and we'll open the front door remotely. The right door will open, you'll enter the lobby, and take the elevator straight up to the selected floor. The elevator takes you DIRECTLY into the apartment and then you're ready to shop! No difficult check-in desk, no long hallways to navigate, and no complications. ***We HIGHLY recommend securing a guaranteed timeslot for this estate sale.
