Blue Moon Estate Sales is honored to host a two-part sale for a downtown Charleston family. The owners were world travelers, well educated in the arts/history, and had an eye for fine craftsmanship. The first of the two sales will take place in the carriage house adjacent to the main property. A collection of well-kept copper pots, a solid brass duck press, and gorgeous antique/vintage mahogany/tiger maple side chairs. If you’re a coffee/espresso enthusiast, you will appreciate the ‘Vintage Micro Casa Leva Lever operated Elektra Espresso machine.’ This espresso machine harks back to the golden age of espresso. Its iconic design, the use of premium materials of polished brass, copper, and wood, make it a statement piece. It’s not only functional but also a work of art that represents a significant part of Italian coffee culture and design history. There’s A.J. Baranek Bohemian blown glass, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and designs from the Bohemian, Czech Republic. You will find vintage A&W and McDonald's framed advertisements dating back to the 1950s. Stylish high-end vintage leather nesting train cases from the 1950’s, as well as a traditional needlepoint footstool.
