We opened up the shed and have a bunch of new pics to load from that! We also have a few fresh items from the office! Please be patient and kind to others as you navigate through the property! Please be respectful of doors and rooms that are taped off. There are people still living on the property.
We normally do a digital list to sign up however, this is day 2 of the sale. Just show up and line up in the order that you showed up. We will probably let everyone in at once as is what usually happens on day 2. Thanks!
Please Note: Due to our coverage company we cannot help carry large/heavy items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items.
Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc. bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. Usually, there are fragile pieces in the home. We are not responsible for accidents.
We will let as many people at once in the home without compromising safety.
