{"id":14,"date":"2009-08-30T10:51:51","date_gmt":"2009-08-30T15:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yardsaletreasuremap.com\/blogit\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2009-10-10T09:44:24","modified_gmt":"2009-10-10T14:44:24","slug":"feature-requests","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/yardsaletreasuremap.com\/blogit\/?page_id=14","title":{"rendered":"Feature Requests"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This fall (2009) I will have more time to work on new features for <a href=\"http:\/\/yardsaletreasuremap.com\" target=\"_self\">YSTM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The most immediate improvements I plan to make are:<\/p>\n<p>1) Adding a search feature to keyword search the active sales on the map<br \/>\n2) Adding support for Australia and the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>If you have ideas for certain features I would love to hear them!<\/p>\n<p>10-10-09 &#8211; I have received lots of great comments and feedback. \u00a0I am temporarily suspending this section so that I can spend time fixing problems and adding some of the requested features. \u00a0Some features will be added next week, others you may not see until the start of next year&#8217;s yard sale season. \u00a0Here is my to do list in no particular order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add Wednesday to day filter<\/li>\n<li>Remove the ad on the map<\/li>\n<li>Make the &#8220;add address&#8221; feature more usable<\/li>\n<li>Add support for Garmin GPS<\/li>\n<li>Figure out &#8220;Less than 20&#8221; bug when there are already less than 20 markers<\/li>\n<li>Implement a creative way to let users adjust incorrect sale mappings<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that community \/ neighborhood sales show up and stand out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This fall (2009) I will have more time to work on new features for YSTM.
