Stairs to the 2nd floor and basement— so as always use CAUTION! As we are not responsible for personal mishaps.
Please note: we will be adding more items on day 2 so you may want to stop each day!
Items included (but not limited to) Furniture including some unique antique pieces,
Everyday items, Kitchen items including vintage and new items, Outdoor wicker set,
Electronics including flat screen TV, Collectable items, kids toys including vintage,
Vintage glassware, China, Unique Art, Books, games, clothing used, new and vintage;
Garage Items ladders, tools and other useful stuff, Dry FIREWOOD (but you haul out)
Lots of stuff in the basement- some really cool stuff! We have lots of great stuff and lots of vintage.
Rules:
We price very fair so keep that in mind when asking for better deal, I do this as a service for families with a Parent in need of the $$
Cash only
All items sold as is- so make sure to check things over well
No returns- all sales are final
You break it you bought it
No 100$ bills on the first day in the AM
No Piles if you make a pile do so at your own risk- not responsible for someone digging through it
Bring your own bag and packing material *we have some but not always -we are not a dept story!
Kids stay with parents at all times
No large purses or backpacks
And finally please be respectful to the home, items and of course each other!
