We have lots of great stuff and lots of vintage
Stairs to 2nd floor, basement and garage—so as always use CAUTION! As we are not responsible for personal mishaps.

Rules:
We price very fair so keep that in mind when asking for better deal, I do this as a service for families with a Parent in need of the $$. I am not a garage sale, i actually pay people to do all of this hard work.

All items sold as is- so make sure to check things over well
No returns- all sales are final
You break it you bought it
No 100$ bills on the first day in the AM
No Piles if you make a pile do so at your own risk- not responsible for someone digging through it
Bring your own bag and packing material *we have some but not always -we are not a dept story!
Kids stay with parents at all times
No large purses or backpack...
