Manassas Estate Sale HTG will be in Manassas this FRIDAY and SATURDAY. **This estate is located in a townhouse community with reserved parking and no visitor spots. Drop off at house but park on the cross street Berkshire Street. Watch for No Parking/Reserved Parking signs. PLEASE NOTE: Our Sign up sheet will be available 7:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45am, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot. Check out HTG on Facebook for updated information and future estate sales. **NO BAGS OR PURSES larger than a wallet will be allowed inside the home. Clear see-through bags will be permitted.** **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee. PARKING-Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.
