The sale will be Friday April 25th 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Saturday April 26th 10:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday April 27th 11:00am - 4:00pm. Times frames could be changed so watch for changes in the times prior to or during the event. There will be security and cameras in every room that will be monitored so do not take or touch anything from the residence prior to the sale of the item. (DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING WITH A PINK, RED OR ORANGE STICKER ON IT, NOT FOR SALE!!!!)
We're moving to Texas as soon as we sell our home and condo. The family can only take about 5%-20% of the items inside both dwellings to Texas. Most items that are not for sale will be boxed & or notated with a NOT FOR SALE Pink, Red or Orange sticker. Please do not touch any item with a tag on it. You may however make offers on those items but they will be sold for more money because we are expecting to bring those items with us.
We will also have a 1200 sq ft estate sale at our condo located at 1332 Millcreek Drive 1-2 weeks from now. If you are one of the people that want to purchase everything and make a legitimate offer you may look at this and bundle the deal with both Estates with a one time purchase.
If someone is insistent on making a SERIOUS offer for everything either text or call me so that we could avoid the Estate Sale completely which would be fantastic. I will only let around 5 serious people in prior to the Estate Sale to see if anyone is willing to purchase and move the entirety of all inventory out within 1-3 weeks.
I will not show this property early!! Please dont tell me you will purchase everything in the entire house, condo and outside without good faith intentions of doing so. Especially with the house having some expensive items like the Car, Trailer, Industrial CNC Label Printer, Industrial Fridge, Fridges, Freezers, TV's, Furniture, Industrial Shelving, Beds, Antiques, ECT!!!! I don't mind taking offers without some of the more expensive items but I would want to see someone take around 80% of it to make a deal on it all otherwise I will j
