Hello and good day!
This weekend’s estate sale will be a bit different than most. We will only be operating out of the garage and basement, as the homeowner has requested that no one enter the rest of the house.
This is a downsizing event featuring a family’s estate items. The basement is filled with trains—lots and lots of trains! While there will be a few additional items downstairs, the majority of what you’ll find there will be trains.
Please line up by the mailbox. We will be placing boxes in the driveway, and the garage is already full.
We kindly ask for your patience and care, as we are working with limited space and a large volume of items.
Please note:
• All trains will be clearly marked with prices
• Train purchases are a separate transaction
• Do not combine upstairs items with downstairs (train) items when checking out
