This estate sale has something for everyone, with prices starting at 25¢ and up. Everything is clean, sorted, organized, and priced to sell. Any items shown in pictures that are not fully sorted yet will be ready by Thursday. Pictures are being posted now so everyone can start looking.
I will have true antiques and highly collectible pieces, including items from the Civil War, World War I, and World War II, along with vintage, nostalgic, and collectible items.
You will also find furniture, office supplies, quilting and crafting supplies, scrapbooking items, kids’ crafts, household goods, kitchen items, décor, books, and clothing from baby to adult sizes. Everything is clean and sorted.
Items that are not antiques or collectibles are priced at true garage sale prices because I want them gone.
This sale includes items from my parents’ estate as well as some of my own personal items. I have spent the last 11 months preparing, sorting, researching, and pricing everything myself while the house was being painted and repaired to get ready to rent. Because I priced everything myself, the pricing is consistent throughout the sale. I will be there every day to answer questions.
This has truly been a labor of love, and it is worth coming to see.
I also have a few very valuable items that will not be sitting out at the sale because they are beyond typical estate sale pricing. These include very early comic books, Volume 1 and Volume 2, a unique Bible with fascinating ownership history, and a World War II pin that is too small and valuable to leave out. Serious inquiries only on those items.
