All left over items from an estate sale are FREE to the community before they get donated.

We will not be offering any first dibs appointments nor we will not hold any items.
Front parking spots are reserved for trucks/ people pick up larger items.
Everyone else please responsibly park on the lawn.
If you want to make piles please bring someone to watch over your items.
Please plan accordingly, as the doors will close promptly at 11:30AM sharp each day. No one will be permitted to enter the home after 11am unless you are moving items to your car.
If you’d like time to browse or move larger items, we highly recommend arriving early. Thank you for understanding!
