This is Patriot Square Condominium's Annual Community Yard Sale with over 200 units donating items such as home goods, clothing, artwork, kitchen utensils, electronics, books, games, Christmas decorations, and much more! We also have a BAKE SALE with home-made goodies from our residents. The sale will take place in our clubhouse. We'll also have a tent set up selling hot dogs, chips and cold drinks.
Our main entrance is on 37th St. S across from Broadwater Park and the gate will open at 8:00AM on Saturday, January 31.
