Hello everyone this coming Saturday and Sunday 3-28-2026 & 3-29-2026 from 8am to 4pm we'll be having an Estate sale and Yard Sale. The estate sale will feature a bunch of Pop Culture items/collectibles/memorabilia, Movies ( DVD & BLU RAY), Some Funko Pop figures, alot of Action Figures, some Anime, Movie related stuff, Collector toys/items, games, various action figures (collector grade and playable), video items, about 200 comic books and more from a former seller/Vender at Conventions. The stuff for sale will be below Market Value. Most items will be marked at 50% or lower of marketvalue (at low end). If you are a collector you will be getting great deals without having to pay RESELLER mark-ups. You'll be able to get items alot cheaper than places like Frank and Sons, eBay, Comic Con etc.
Also there will be alot of loose action figures from the 2000s, 1990s, some 1980s and some 1970s up for sale at 50% off.
As for the Yard sale, we will have misc household items, ALOT of clothes & clothing, shoes, some tools, electronics, ALOT of toys, music cd (cds discs jewel cases), used but complete Lego Sets loose bagged/Boxed, used complete Lego Duplo boxed sets, containers/ storage and other items.
Also we will have over 200 old/vintage LP recorders for sale from the 60s, 70s, 80s and Trans/Techno . Price at market value but with a 40% discount.
My 9 year old will be selling Pokemon Cards ( I don't know what cards he'll be selling) and Arts & Crafts figures he's made. He might sell lemonade again.
