In conjunction with former owners of The Basement (1500 Tennessee St.), the sellers at 1321 plan to set out old AE 34 telephones, telephone books, equipment and realia, Kenner SSPs, toys, trains, Major Matt Mason toys (working), furniture, typewriters, 1960s Little League bats, books, 78s, ***, LPs , advertising signs and clocks, tool boxes, and whatever else is stacked in the garage and attic. These are quality, antique/vintage items and are priced accordingly (a genuine collector will understand). If you're into antiquing or picking, these sales are worth checking out.
