Saturday 30% off and $50.00 off contest-Timeless Victorian Elegance: A Sophisticated Santa Rosa Esta

Welcome to a Rare Downtown Santa Rosa Estate Sale Shhh…… ( it’s a secret)Sadly one of our favorite cashier’s Erika is moving to NY and we want to surprise her with a photo album of her time with us. The first person to send us a photo with Erika in it, will receive a $50.00 credit to use on Sunday at the estate sale. Please text Diana at 415-302-3496 with photos. Those who participate will get an extra 5% off on Sunday. We invite you to explore the cherished collection of a remarkable woman who brought her French heritage to Sonoma County many decades ago. At 90+ years young, she has recently transitioned into a lovely assisted living community. This sale is being held by her family to honor her legacy and, importantly, to ensure her continued care and comfort in this next chapter of her life. Every treasure found here helps support her ongoing needs, and we are so grateful for your patronage. Parking & Arrival Tips Being in the heart of downtown has its charms, but parking requires a little extra care. To make your visit as smooth as possible, please keep the following in mind: • Street Parking: You are welcome to park on the street wherever you find a spot—sometimes you’ll get lucky right out front, but other times a short, scenic walk through the neighborhood might be required. • The Driveway is Off-Limits: Please do not pull into the driveway. It is very narrow and notoriously difficult to back out of once you’re in. • Neighborly Courtesy: We want to remain a "good neighbor" during this event! Please be strictly careful not to block any driveways. • A Special Note: The neighbor directly across the street is particularly sensitive to driveway access. To keep the peace and ensure a great experience for everyone, please double-check that his entrance is completely clear before you head toward the house. Art & Tapestries • French Tapestries: Exquisite woven wall hangings featuring traditional European pastoral and floral scenes. • "The Rustic Homestead" Oil Painting: Large-scale framed landscape on canvas, signed by the artist. • Portrait of a Young Woman: Delicate charcoal/graphite sketch in an ornate gold-leaf frame with a velvet-lined mat. • Devotional & Religious Art: A significant collection of framed sacred icons and classical "Virgin and Child" sculptures. • Gilded Age Etchings & Prints: Various framed scenes reflecting 19th-century life and Euro
