The people running the estate sale and the property owner assume no liability for any injury, damage, or accident that may occur to persons or property on the premises of the estate sale. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by slips and falls, tripping hazards, falling objects, or contact with hazardous materials.
**All Sales Final** All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
**Inspection of Items**Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold "as is." The seller makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of any item.
**Removal of Items** Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items from the premises of the estate sale by 5pm on Sunday June 7th. The sellers are not responsible for helping buyers move or transport items.
**Payment**
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The estate sale company accepts cash, Zelle, or Venmo only. No checks or credit cards.
**Right to Refuse Service** We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
**By entering the premises of the estate sale, you agree to these terms and conditions.**

* All persons enter the premises of the estate sale at their own risk.
* Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
* No food or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
* No pets are allowed inside the premises.
* No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the premises.
* The sellers reserves the right to close the sale early at any time.
*We DO NOT tolerate any verbal, physical or mental bullying or harassment. Anyone who violates this rule will be asked to leave immediately with no warnings and no exceptions!
