Advertising your sale is free on Yard Sale Treasure Map! Simply post your sale on your local craigslist.org garage sale list and your will appear on this site within a few hours.

If you were trying to advertise a neighborhood yard sale, flea market, or something else of the sort, you may want to supplement your craigslist ad with an ad on this site to maximize the visibility of your sale.

The tool below will let you customize a sale sticky note that will be displayed next to the map whenever someone searches your area. The sample sticky note below will give you an idea of what your final ad will look like. Ads that are created here directly from YSTM will be displayed on the official YSTM webpage (right above the google ads) and the map marker will be updated to draw attention to your sale.

In order to create a YSTM ad you MUST create a craigslist ad first! You can get started by pasting your craigslist ad url into the field below.
Step 1:
Enter the craigslist web address of your ad. An example would be "http://austin.craigslist.org/gms/1630661104.html".

You will see the information for your posting auto-populate. Adjust the information and watch your changes automatically update on the sample ad on the right of the map. This is how your ad will be displayed to YSTM users.
Step2:
Verify the map location of your sale. Then press the "Advertise!" button to post your new free ad!
